We're working with a highly successful business based in Swindon (just off Junction 16 of the M4), to recruit an experienced Interim HR Advisor to support the business during a period of increased workload, following a significant tender win. This is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting teams across multiple sites and projects. You'll provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees and act as the main point of contact for all employee relations activity, managing cases end-to-end across disciplinary and grievance issues, performance and capability, investigations and conduct matters. A key element of the role is coaching and advising line managers to ensure a consistent, fair and pragmatic approach aligned with company policy, ACAS guidance and UK employment legislation.
