Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and guide managers on HR policies and practices to resolve people-related challenges.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent implementation across the organization.
  • Deliver and maintain learning and development programs using the Learning Management System.
  • Collaborate on key HR projects such as staff surveys and performance evaluations.
  • Manage and maintain the HR information system to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Occasionally cover payroll and benefits administration as needed.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) and HR background in a commercial environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and proactive approach to HR topics.
  • Experience managing Employee Relations processes and supporting HR projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS; payroll experience is a bonus.
