Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide managers on HR policies and practices to resolve people-related challenges.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent implementation across the organization.
- Deliver and maintain learning and development programs using the Learning Management System.
- Collaborate on key HR projects such as staff surveys and performance evaluations.
- Manage and maintain the HR information system to identify improvement opportunities.
- Occasionally cover payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Key Skills:
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) and HR background in a commercial environment.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and proactive approach to HR topics.
- Experience managing Employee Relations processes and supporting HR projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
