Due to this growth, they are seeking a generalist HR Professional who has strong experience with TUPE. The Role Responsible for the end to end management of TUPE transfers. This person will be the first point of contact for HR queries. Employee lifecycle administration. Management of employee relation cases. Partner with, and advise, Area Managers on all things People related. Your Experience Ideally you would have worked in a blue collar environment. Strong TUPE experience. Management of ER cases end to end. Experienced in HR lifecycle administration. You enjoy in person collaboration - you are not one to shy away from face to face conversations.
