HR Advisor

Temporary HR Advisor - Immediate Start

Nottingham (approximately 10 minutes from the city centre)

4 days on site, 1 day at home with free parking onsite

2 Month Assignment (until end of September)

Weekly pay on an hourly rate, equivalent to a salary of approximately £35,000, with some flexibility for the right candidate

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established business in Nottingham on a temporary basis.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, quickly build relationships with managers and provide confident, hands-on HR support from day one.

As HR Advisor, you will provide a proactive, generalist HR service across the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees with a wide range of HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers.
• Managing/assisting employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Advising on HR policies and employment legislation.
• Assisting with organisational and people-related projects where required.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who:

• Has previous experience working as an HR Advisor or in a similar generalist HR role.
• Builds credibility quickly with managers and employees.
• Is immediately available or available at short notice.
