Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor two HR team members, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Act as the primary lead for Employee Relations (ER), managing complex disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and external recruiters to streamline the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by preparing comprehensive HR metrics and reports for monthly Board-level meetings.
  • Collaborate with the HR manager to design and deliver impactful employee workshops, wellbeing initiatives, and policy updates.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 is highly advantageous).
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage high-volume administrative duties alongside strategic HR projects.
