Summary: This HR Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive HR team within a busy public sector organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR Generalist responsible for delivering a full range of people services, including employee relations and recruitment support. The position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of employment law, along with the ability to work autonomously. Occasional travel to other offices may be required.

- Strong knowledge of current employment law
- CIPD Qualification or Equivalent

Your New Role
Within your new role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of people services, advising line managers and employees on people policies and a wide range of employee relations matters. You will provide strong support to the people team and business whilst managing a variety of tasks including:
- ER Casework Management
- Absence & Performance Management
- Advising, Upskilling & Coaching Managers
- Recruitment Support
- HR Project Work
You will also support with transactional working elements alongside the rest of the HR team. (Occasional travel to other offices).
What You Will Need
Previous experience operating in a HR Advisor role (2 years minimum). Experience managing ER Casework (Disciplinaries, Grievances, Absence, Performance). Confidence in advising managers on people policies. Be proactive, positive and pragmatic, always demonstrating integrity and professionalism. To be agile and dynamic in your approach and have strong communication skills. Strong knowledge of current employment law. CIPD Qualification or Equivalent
