Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing maternity, paternity and shared parental leave processes.
- Supporting employee relations, absence management and occupational health cases.
- Overseeing UK immigration and sponsorship matters.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Supporting flexible working requests, secondments and HR projects.
- Producing HR reports, drafting correspondence and responding to employee queries.
- Assisting with HR systems and process improvement initiatives, including Workday.
About You
- Previous HR experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and immigration processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Workday experience would be advantageous.
