Summary: Meraki Talent is seeking an HR Advisor for a global professional services firm, offering a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London. The role involves generalist HR responsibilities on both national and global scales, providing an opportunity to enhance HR expertise in a corporate setting. Candidates must be available on short notice, up to two weeks maximum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of HR general advice and guidance on policy and process, recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Support on early intervention and independent management of employee relations matters; disciplinary, absence, grievance, performance.
  • Manage employee relations case work for sickness absence and occupational health referral process.
  • Manage family friendly leave and escalation of flexible working requests, keeping inline with policies.
  • Manage global and local transfers in and out of region.
  • Manage visa and right to work processes.
  • Delivery of HR Calendar activities e.g. bi-annual reward process, talent management, performance review, employee engagement and EDI.
  • Play an active role in delivering HR projects/ change initiatives.
  • Production of people related reports, in-depth data analysis and visual presentations, coordination of monthly payroll activities and provision of ad hoc management information queries from operational teams.
  • Review exit interview data and produce value added, meaningful, analysis.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD qualification ideally Level 3 or 5.
  • Adaptable with demonstrable experience of working in a small, fast-paced team environment.
  • Organised and efficient.
  • Strong excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Desire to solve problems and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Constantly eager to learn and develop.

You will be based in the London office, covering a generalist HR role, responsible for working on a national and global scale.
