Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary HR Advisor for an initial 12 month period to cover a maternity leave.
This role will provide a full range of generalist HR support to employees in the UK office covering talent acquisition, reward, career and talent development, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, HR projects and HR-related process administration.
The primary focus involves the provision of key technical and generalist advice to line management and employees on the implementation of Company people practices consistent with the business agenda, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and with a focus on continuous improvement of their tools and processes.
Additional responsibilities of the role holder will include project management of local initiatives in support of the global HR team and agenda.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR generalist role where you will have dealt with employee relations matters.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 depending on previous experience.
