Summary: The HR Advisor role at CMC involves delivering HR support and advice to managers and employees across EMEA offices, requiring strong relationship-building skills. This fixed-term contract position mandates onsite work five days a week and includes responsibilities in day-to-day HR operations and generalist advisory support. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire screening reviews and contract generation.
- Manage the probation process and support line managers with performance-related concerns.
- Handle requests for family leave types and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Support processing of employee job changes in conjunction with HR Coordinators.
- Manage flexible working applications and coordinate global mobility requests.
- Support Employee Relations work and assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Provide support to Learning & Development Partner and assist with training initiatives.
- Review and update HR policies and processes in line with legislation changes.
- Manage the termination process and support exit interviews.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet changing demands.
