We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our Supply Chain people team. This will be working as the HR Advisor for our Transport sector. We have transport functions within our Distribution centres, so travel to these DC’s will be needed. The role will be based out of one of our North West sites (Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Runcorn). Reporting to the People Business Partner, this generalist role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR advice. As our HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting Managers on generalist HR issues and wider employee relations issues, for high numbers of colleagues. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices, you will work alongside the People Business Partner and Management team to support a culture aligning to our values. This role has a wide remit and will include employee relations, employment law, contracts, right to work checks & personnel file audits, uniform ordering, disciplinary, grievances, appeals, sickness, absence/medical capability/occupational health and performance management.
