Portfolio HR & Reward are super excited to be representing a public sector organisation, that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis until the end of March.
This role will be based in Lincoln and is fully office based - but you do get an early finish on a Friday!
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between 16 - 18 per hour, plus holiday pay.
Responsibilities
- Supporting with the employee relations cases, and handling typical HR responsibilities including attendance management and occupational health referrals
- Updating T&C's and policies and procedures with up to date legislation
- Other duties on an ad hoc basis incl. query, and employee lifecycle admin
Ideal Candidate
- Strong employment law knowledge
- CIPD level 5 qualified (or qualified through experience)
- Experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
