Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on redundancy and restructure processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Translating business cases created by HR Business Partners into clear, structured change plans.
  • Conducting redundancy calculations, job matching, and job evaluations.
  • Preparing and personalising letters and communications for employees affected by change.
  • Reviewing and refining templates, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
  • Collaborating with HRBPs and the wider change team to deliver multiple change programmes effectively.
  • Using Excel and Mail Merge to manage key data and communications.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of restructuring and redundancy processes.
  • Ability to take initiative, spot gaps in processes, and suggest improvements.
  • Confident with Excel (including calculations) and Mail Merge.
  • Able to work closely with HRBPs and operational teams to drive change.
  • Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and timelines.
