HR Advisor (3-Month Contract, Leeds – Hybrid)

A values-driven People Team is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join on an iniital contract basis with a potential to go permanent. Based in Leeds this role is ideal for someone ready to make an immediate impact and support across the full employee lifecycle

Ideal candidates will have a strong HR foundation and be comfortable managing operational HR while contributing to broader projects.

  • Required experience and qualities:

    • Experience in a generalist HR role, including ER, policies, and payroll

    • Good knowledge of UK employment law

    • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent experience)

    • High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and data

    • Proactive and organised with strong prioritisation skills
