Detailed Description From Employer:

Are you an HR Adviser with a strong focus on employee relations or even an ER Adviser looking for that broader HR role. This role will be covering for an HR Adviser role. This will have a generalist remit with a key focus on Employee relations. These will not be complex cases, but need to be managed with the hiring managers, so will be comfortable coaching and guiding. As the population is a mixture of employee who are based on site they do need someone who is comfortable working from an office. You will be working with a site based HR team of 3, but supported by subject matter experts in L&D, Recruitment and Reward, who are regularly at this site in Hemel. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in wider company HR projects. The team is welcoming, informal in their approach and HR is well respected within the organisation. We are only considering people who are ideally immediately available or who are on short notice. This role will be a 3 - 6 month FTC. Salary is up to £42,000 - annual equivalent.
