Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting employment legislation, including TUPE, the Working Time Directive, The Equality Act, and the ACAS Code of Practice.
- Providing coaching and support to managers and staff on a range of employment and HR issues.
- Managing absence effectively and professionally.
- Addressing issues related to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Supporting employee wellbeing projects.
Key Skills:
- CIPD level 5 qualification (desirable)
- Experience of working on employee relations cases
