Summary: The HR Advisor role requires a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish to provide comprehensive HR support across EMEA. The position involves managing HR service-related queries, advising on policies, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance processes. The role is hybrid, requiring two days on-site in Manchester, UK, and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support for all HR service-related queries across EMEA—handling requests end-to-end with care and efficiency.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service by resolving queries promptly and professionally.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, collective agreements, and key calendar events (e.g., salary review, IDP).
- Use Workday and other HR/payroll systems to manage changes and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with HR Service Specialists to provide feedback and improve HR processes and tools.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of HR transactions delivered by shared service hubs.
- Support HRBPs and managers with proactive guidance and insights.
- Participate in local and regional HR projects with meaningful business impact.
Key Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Commercial Degree).
- CIPD certification is required.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and Workday.
- Proven track record of working independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
