Summary: The HR Advisor at Ecosurety will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team by driving operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. This position requires a personable and organized individual who can provide clear advice, maintain accurate HR records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic company focused on sustainability and will engage with various stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing. This role is based in Bristol and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for managers and employees, providing clear advice aligned to policy, best practice, and employment law.
  • Prepare and support delivery of monthly HR reports and management information whilst maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Process starters, leavers, and contractual changes in line with internal procedures.
  • Support and progress employee relation matters (absence, performance, probation, disciplinary, and grievance), escalating where appropriate.
  • Regularly review HR policies and handbooks to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing activity, including surveys, communications, and events.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement, streamlining processes and improving service delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor role.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
  • High level of compliance to processes and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator; confident with building relationships and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and IT skills (confident using Excel to analyse and report on HR data effectively).
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle through responsive support, accurate data, and a focus on continuous improvement. Package

  • £36,000 - £39,000 per year
  • 1 year fixed term, full-time contract
  • 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
