Summary: The HR Advisor role involves supporting employee relations (ER) casework and contributing to the HR team within a reputable company. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in employment law and HR policies to coach line managers and manage conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities:
- Support with employee relations casework.
