The Role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our friendly, global HR team, based in Glasgow. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone to build upon their previous HR experience. There will be opportunities to be involved in HR projects such as reward, training, employee engagement, policy development and health & safety.

Tasks include the following:

  • General HR administration around contracts, benefits and employee records
  • Supporting and coaching line managers to handle employee relations issues such as performance and wellbeing
  • Researching and adhering to employment practices in global regions
  • Contributing to HR projects to progress the HR strategy
  • Occasional training delivery.

The Candidate

  • Previous HR experience - experience of technical or international organisations would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Good time management and ability to plan and organise own workload – both operationally and on small projects
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work in partnership with line managers and other team members

  • A qualification in Human resource management is desirable.
