Summary: The role of Interim HR Advisor is a full-time position based in North Derby, initially on-site with a potential transition to hybrid working. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, aimed at experienced HR professionals with a generalist background. The successful candidate will provide HR advice, support managers with employee relations, and manage various HR functions. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and a UK driving license are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR advice across the business
- Support and coach managers through employee relations cases
- Manage absence and wellbeing on a case-by-case basis
- Support managers on team performance
- Manage RTW/VISA applications
- Support with recruitment
- Assist the wider team with learning and development
- Lead on ad hoc projects
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Proven track record at advisor level
- Experience in leading on employee relations casework
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage absence and wellbeing
- Experience in recruitment processes
- UK driving license
