Summary: The role of Interim HR Advisor is a full-time position based in North Derby, initially on-site with a potential transition to hybrid working. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, aimed at experienced HR professionals with a generalist background. The successful candidate will provide HR advice, support managers with employee relations, and manage various HR functions. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and a UK driving license are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice across the business
  • Support and coach managers through employee relations cases
  • Manage absence and wellbeing on a case-by-case basis
  • Support managers on team performance
  • Manage RTW/VISA applications
  • Support with recruitment
  • Assist the wider team with learning and development
  • Lead on ad hoc projects

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Proven track record at advisor level
  • Experience in leading on employee relations casework
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage absence and wellbeing
  • Experience in recruitment processes
  • UK driving license
