Summary: The role of Interim HR Advisor involves providing comprehensive HR support within a friendly HR team in North Derby. This position is initially on-site with the potential for hybrid working after settling in, and it aims to transition into a permanent role after 12 months. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with experience in advisory roles and employee relations casework. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice across the business
  • Support and coach managers through employee relations cases
  • Manage absence and wellbeing on an individual basis
  • Assist managers with team performance management
  • Manage right to work/VISA applications
  • Support recruitment efforts
  • Assist the wider team with learning and development initiatives
  • Lead or assist on ad hoc projects

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Proven experience at advisor level
  • Experience in leading employee relations casework
  • Strong coaching and support skills for managers
  • Ability to manage absence and wellbeing
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes
  • UK driving license
