Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing high employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.

  • Partnering with managers to drive team performance and improve retention.

Key Skills:

  • Solid background in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred.
