Summary: This HR Advisor role, based in St Ives, is a temporary position focused on Employee Relations for an initial period of 3 months. The advisor will support the full employee life cycle and assist the current team during the implementation of Workday. The role requires building relationships with line managers and providing guidance on various HR matters. The position is ideally on-site five days a week, with some flexibility as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee life cycle, focusing on Employee Relations.
• Provide advice and coaching to line managers.
• Assist with flexible working requests, recruitment & selection, disciplinaries & grievances.
• Ensure confidentiality while working alongside HR, H&S, and compliance teams.
• Help manage increased workload due to Workday implementation.

Key Skills:

• Experience in HR, ideally with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build relationships and operate with confidentiality.
• Confidence in providing advice and coaching to managers.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and HR processes.
• Immediate availability for a temporary role.
