Summary: The HR Advisor role at HRGO involves providing expert HR support to a leading manufacturer in Bromborough on a part-time, flexible 3-month contract. The successful candidate will address various HR issues, including employee relations and performance management, while working both on-site and remotely. This position requires a proactive approach to HR best practices and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns
- Facilitate timely resolution of conflicts
- Conduct exit interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
- Assist with onboarding new starters
- Support performance management processes and monitor training
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to across the site
- Administration as required
Key Skills:
- Experience in a HR Adviser role is essential
- Manufacturing HR experience is preferred but not essential
- CIPD Level 5
- Comfortable working individually
