Summary: The HR Advisor role at a dynamic business in Wolverhampton involves providing expert HR support on employee relations, absence management, and performance management. This temporary position is expected to last approximately two months, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and proven experience in a fast-paced HR environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR support to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Assist with absence management, including liaising with Occupational Health.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with trade unions where required.
  • Drive the performance management process to support organisational objectives.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process.
  • Undertake ad hoc HR projects as needed.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
