Summary: The HR Advisor role is a 9-month fixed-term contract based in Basingstoke, focusing on delivering comprehensive HR advisory support within a collaborative team. The position emphasizes administrative tasks, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a key support to the HRBP and wider people team in all HR advisory matters.
  • Owning and delivering end-to-end recruitment support, from requisitions to onboarding.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, parental leave, probation, and exit processes.
  • Handling day-to-day HR administration and managing people data using internal systems.
  • Supporting with semi-complex employee relations cases in collaboration with the HRBP.
  • Tracking and managing important employee milestones and ensuring proactive progress.
  • Potential involvement in HR projects once acclimated to the core workload.

Key Skills:

  • Solid HR Advisor or Senior HR Admin experience, preferably in a structured or regulated environment.
  • Strong recruitment experience with a focus on process adherence.
  • Comfortable navigating HR systems and administration, with an appreciation for structure and routine.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Able to handle employee relations issues in partnership with the HRBP.
  • Familiarity with typical employee policies.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative and customer-focused style.

Salary (Rate): £45,000
