Summary: The HR Advisor role is a part-time position focused on providing HR support during a fixed-term maternity cover. The position requires flexibility to work both from home and the office, with specific hours ideally set from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and management.
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new staff.
- Manage employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Salary (Rate): £35,000 per annum
