Summary: The HR Advisor (ER Focus) role is a 3-month fixed-term contract based in Solihull, focusing on managing complex employee relations cases within a large organization undergoing transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
- Provide professional, pragmatic advice and guidance to managers in line with policy and best practice.
- Support the delivery of change initiatives as the business continues through its transformation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted HR partner.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 / working towards.
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar level role with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Confidence in managing complex and high-volume casework.
- Sound understanding of current employment law and HR best practice.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and hit the ground running.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred.
