Summary: The HR Advisor role at a leading media agency involves providing HR generalist support during a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position requires collaboration with the wider people team to manage employee relations, particularly in performance management, within a large agency of approximately 500 employees. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of advisory experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law, with a preference for CIPD Level 5 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR generalist support and manage employee relations issues, focusing on performance management.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and agency management to address people issues.
  • Build collaborative relationships within the agency to facilitate effective HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practices in HR.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
