Key Responsibilities:

- Acting as the key point of contact for vetting queries, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring vetting risk and status, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs across all screening categories
- Helping to track and report on vetting data, including daily progress updates
- Contributing to wider HR projects and supporting the delivery of key people initiatives

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills-able to work across teams and with external partners
- Confidence in managing sensitive information and delivering advice with discretion
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or vetting processes is a plus

We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our People team. As HR Advisor you'll provide trusted support across a wide range of HR activities, with a special focus on vetting and onboarding processes. Responsibilities of the HR Advisor include
