Summary: The HR Advisor / Administrator role involves supporting the HR Team's daily operations, including managing HR processes and the employee lifecycle. This on-site position in South West London requires immediate availability for a 2-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support across the full employee life cycle
  • Employee Relations guidance to managers
  • New starters administration (reference checks, preparing job offers and employment contracts, creating new staff records)
  • Leaver administration, including letters/documentation, exit interviews, updating systems
  • Maintaining accurate HR and employee records, including regularly updating the HR system
  • Preparing HR documentation, contract variations, letters etc.
  • Monitoring the HR inbox and answering queries
  • Updating payroll with all staff changes
  • Working closely with the HR Manager to ensure processes are completed efficiently
  • Administering DBS checks
  • Monitoring employee absence and sick leave
  • Monitoring probation reviews, liaising with line managers
  • Assisting with HR projects as needed
  • Other HR tasks as required

  • Strong attention to detail

HR Advisor / Administrator, Up to £36,000 + Benefits, South West London, Lovely Company with great culture, ASAP Start, 2 month contract

Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Location: London Victoria

Start date: Immediately

Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations within the HR Team, which will include amongst others, administering all aspects of the HR processes and procedures and supporting the full employee-lifecycle. This role will be based in the London office and is an on site role i.e. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR administration procedures and will be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suites. The ideal candidate will also have gained some experience of Employee Relations and have a level of experience of supporting managers in this area.

We are looking for an HR Advisor and Administrator to support the business for a 2 month period and therefore the ideal candidate will be available ASAP or at very short notice.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and and is proactive and able to manage and prioritise their own workload.

Main Duties will include:

  • Providing administration support across the full employee life cycle
  • Employee Realtions i.e. occasional guidance to managers around employee relations issues.
