Summary: The HR Advisor role is a fixed-term contract position focused on delivering a proactive and customer-oriented HR service within the organization. The position involves providing support and guidance on various HR services, including employee relations, policy, training, and development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong experience in HR practices. This role is based in Bath and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support, guidance, and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR services.
  • Manage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives across the organization.
  • Contribute to key HR projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with various HR software systems.
  • Strong experience with employee relations cases.
  • HR and/or CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Good Excel skills are advantageous.
