Summary: The HR Advisor role is a fixed-term contract position focused on delivering a proactive and customer-oriented HR service within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective support, guidance, and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR services.
- Manage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
- Assist in training and development initiatives across the organization.
- Contribute to key HR projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Key Skills:
- Experience with various HR software systems.
- Strong experience with employee relations cases.
- HR and/or CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Good Excel skills are advantageous.
