The Role: As HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering effective employee consultations relating to:
- Relocation
- Redeployment
- Redundancies
Working closely with managers, employees, and wider HR colleagues, you'll ensure all processes are carried out in line with employment law, company policy, and best practice. This is a hands-on role where travel to different sites may be required.
