Summary: The HR Advisor role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within a professional services organization, supporting HR functions across Manchester, Leeds, and Sheffield. The position involves a generalist HR role, focusing on employee relations, policy advice, and collaboration on HR projects. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to deliver key HR initiatives and support managers and employees with HR-related matters. This role requires previous HR Advisor experience and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations matters quickly and effectively, identifying trends and providing solutions with line managers and stakeholders
- Providing accurate advice on all policies and procedures
- Supporting change activities including Organizational design, TUPE, and Redundancies
- Monitoring probation periods and conducting end of probation reviews, supporting managers with appraisals
- Collaborating with the wider HR team on projects across the organization
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing employee relations
