Summary: The HR Advisor role at Acrisure involves providing professional HR advice and support to managers and employees within the UK Retail business during a period of significant transition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and guidance on HR matters to managers and employees.
  • Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle and manage employee relations issues.
  • Educate managers on employment legislation and company policies to mitigate litigation risks.
  • Facilitate Acrisure processes and interpret benefits and contractual terms.
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Advisor on policy drafting and review.
  • Promote and implement new HR initiatives and changes.
  • Analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  • Support the embedding of a new HRIS (Workday) and self-service for transactional HR activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and undertake additional relevant activities as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Previous HR experience as a generalist.
  • Good understanding of employment legislation.
  • Experience in advising on and managing the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Part or full CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Prior experience in financial services or a regulated environment is desirable.
