Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert HR guidance throughout change programmes, ensuring compliance and fairness.

You will manage and deliver a range of HR activities throughout the change journey for impacted staff and managers. You’ll assist managers to deliver effective and legally compliant change processes including formal consultation activities. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting organisational change, with a particular focus on restructures and formal consultations. The successful candidate will work closely with managers to provide expert HR guidance throughout change programmes, ensuring compliance, fairness, and a people-centred approach. You’ll contribute to managing risk and supporting managers to deliver change effectively and sensitively. What you’ll bring to the role… An understanding of employment legislation (specifically related to consultation requirements) and HR processes (with a focus on redundancy and reorganisation). Experience of large, complex organisations and of restructuring at scale. An ability to provide timely and considered HR advice and guidance during change programs. Experience in restructuring activities including the application of selection processes and redeployment processes. An ability to work autonomously and with a variety of stakeholders to guide and influence. Good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
