No extensive HR experience is needed; what matters most is your attitude, organisational skills, and ability to work as part of a team. This is a Fixed Term Contract to be based onsite, up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities. From helping employees with queries to supporting onboarding, offboarding and everything in between. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient HR processes through maintaining HR systems, assisting with reference requests, and contributing to HR projects. You’ll also take on front desk responsibilities, including meeting and greeting new starters as part of their Corporate Induction, helping to create a positive and welcoming first impression. Occasional travel to other sites may be required, so a valid driving licence is desirable. We’re looking for someone professional, confident, and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also need to be comfortable using IT systems, particularly MS Office.
