Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update colleague records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Publish HR communications on the company intranet, HRIS, and email distribution list as instructed.
- Support the regular review of company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist the Payroll and Benefits Partner with HRIS data input and processing.
- Manage all right to work activities to ensure compliance.
- Support the People Partner with employee relations activities, including note-taking during formal meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with managers and colleagues.
- Provide HR advice and guidance as needed.
