Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and screening CVs.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing employment contracts.
  • Handle employee benefit administration and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in performance management activities and support investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • Organise and maintain HR documentation and standard HR correspondence.
  • Support training and development initiatives and assist with HR projects.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Manage staff uniform, PPE, and inventory.
  • Distribute documentation and manage completion levels for shared inboxes.
  • Attend meetings and act as note taker when necessary.
  • Track documents using Microsoft 365 and file reports through various business streams.
  • Support the Fleet Manager with relevant Fleet administration tasks.
