Summary: This role is for an HR Administrator at a leading specialist recruitment and built-environment consultancy, focusing on managing a high volume of employee relations and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of diverse HR cases, including complex absence management, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and formal disciplinary procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-volume HR queries, providing expert guidance while maintaining strict compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle administration, from contract generation and onboarding to offboarding and data management within HRIS platforms.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and managers to provide data-driven insights and documentation support for ongoing case management.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data integrity, maintaining 100% accuracy in personnel files and organizational charts.
Key Skills:
- Significant hands-on experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role, specifically within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of managing employee relations (ER) casework, including sickness absence, performance, and grievance procedures.
- Deep understanding of UK Employment Law and the ability to apply company policies consistently and fairly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to "hit the ground running" and manage multiple competing priorities without supervision.
- High proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables), and modern digital workplace tools.
