Summary: The HR Administrator role is a temporary position based in Glasgow, requiring individuals to support a key project within the People Services team. The role involves transferring paper files to a digital database and providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Candidates should have prior HR or administrative experience and strong organizational skills. This position is fully on-site and requires a commitment to the full duration of the 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the transfer of approximately 1,500 paper files to a digital database
  • Review right-to-work documentation
  • Collate up to 3,000 additional digital files into one storage location
  • Provide transactional administrative support across the employee lifecycle, specifically for new starters and references
  • Assist with other general HR administrative tasks as required
