The role supports the management / HR team within our operating companies.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:Providing administrative support to 9,000 units and 4,500 Management Employees in relation to contract mobilisations and demobilisations, in line with existing internal proceduresEnsure that all administrative legal obligations are adhered to and excellent customer service is givenCommunication via email and letter correspondence and via telephone with various levels of management and external partiesEnsuring all transferring employees are paid correctly and on timeUse of payroll system to run reports for tenders and due diligencePrioritising workload to meet payroll deadlines, TUPE Regulations and achieve SLA's, by planning aheadEssential Criteria:High level of diligence and attention to detailTeam Worker working in a team of TUPE OfficersSelf-starter / self-motivated to finding ways to improve team and own personal efficienciesResilient to changes in a fast pace working environmentExcellent communication skills, be able to communicate at all levels, both with internal and external customersExperience in working with Microsoft Outlook and various Microsoft Office programmesDesirable Criteria:Previous experience in providing HR administrative supportExperience/Knowledge in TupeBroad knowledge of employment law would be useful and specific knowledge of legislation covering TUPE would be desirableCore Competencies:Customer Orientation: Service orientation, Responsiveness Analytical Ability: Problem Solving High Impact Communication: Clarity in communication, grammar & sentence construction Learning & Innovation: Openness to new ideas, Learning orientation
