Summary: The HR Administrative Assistant role offers an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience in Human Resources within a collaborative team. The position involves digitizing employee records, maintaining HR documentation in compliance with GDPR, and participating in policy reviews and team meetings. The role is temporary, with a flexible zero-hour contract lasting up to three months. Confidentiality and proficiency in Office365 are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digitising the paper filing system for all employees
  • Maintaining HR records according to GDPR UK regulations
  • Contributing towards policy reviews
  • Participating in regular team meetings
  • Taking part in the yearly HR Committee meeting (mid-August)
  • Performing any other general HR duties
