Summary: The HR Admin role is a part-time position requiring 19 hours per week over a 12-month duration. The primary focus is on supporting local HR functions through effective communication, process improvements, and report generation. Exceptional data and Excel skills are mandatory for this position, which involves collaboration on key initiatives and administrative tasks. The role also includes organizing local events and managing document coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between local HR and team to ensure effective working relationships.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient administrative practices.
  • Collaborate on key initiatives and project work.
  • Support new process implementation and communication guidance.
  • Generate reports for global and Local HR teams, including sickness absence, car-related, capacity, and election reports.
  • Provide business reports on address and cost centre changes.
  • Complete reports for external benefit providers and manage ad hoc report requests.
  • Organize and coordinate local Welcome Events.
  • Assist with HR administration, processes, events, and logistics.
  • Ensure accurate document management and coordination of signatures.
  • Handle ad hoc work as required.
