Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct support sessions with service users in various properties weekly.
• Assist clients in accessing benefits and housing pathways, and refer them to local agencies.
• Support clients with income management and tenancy sustainment.
• Ensure properties are maintained to client standards and assist with turnaround of void properties.
• Provide emotional support and monitor the well-being of clients.
• Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans with service users.
• Empower and motivate service users to achieve desired outcomes and develop move-on plans.

Key Skills:

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with business/commercial insurance.
• Experience in supporting clients with complex needs.
• Proactive and able to manage a caseload independently.
• Knowledge of social/supported housing processes.
• Ability to assist with tenancy sustainment and income management.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and HMPPS clearance.
