Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on shared ownership and leasehold disputes
- Preparing legal documents and advocating in court/tribunals
- Supporting junior legal staff where required
- Staying current with housing legislation and relevant case law
Key Skills:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience in housing law
- Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload

The Role
As a Housing Solicitor , you'll play a pivotal role in advising and representing the organisation on a range of landlord and tenant matters. From possession claims and disrepair to tenancy fraud and leasehold breaches, you'll be managing a busy, varied caseload with autonomy and confidence. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to balance office and remote work. You’ll report directly to the General Counsel and Head of Governance , with the opportunity to also support junior team members.
