Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on behalf of a Charitable Housing Association in North Hertfordshire. The OpportunityA short-term temporary opportunity to solve a current backlog within the service. You shall be on hand to conduct tenancy sign-ups, general tenancy management, estate walkabouts, and low to high-level ASB. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in generic housing and possess strong experience in delivering written materials such as witness statements and preparations for court. Representing in court shall be advantageous; however, it is not essential for this role. Due to the nature of this role, we shall only be accepting applicants with a full UK driver's licence along with access to a vehicle.
