Your new role
The Council requires an experienced hybrid project manager/lead business analyst with a proven track record of implementing a new housing needs system (or very similar) with the skills and experience to help deliver this important project from start to finish.
This will be a part time role 3 days a week for 6 months.
The split between project management and business analyst support is expected to be 50/50 but may vary during the life of the project.
The Council's busy housing needs team provides key services to a large number of residents in Oxford to help improve service delivery.
- On-line housing applications, choice-based lettings and the allocation of social housing
- Homelessness prevention, housing options and homelessness case management
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have experience as both a business analyst and project manager to take this project through its life cycle.
- You will have a proven track record of implementing a new housing needs system (or very similar).
What you'll get in return
Rate is negotiable based on experience.
This is a 3 days a week part time role for 6 months.
