- Increasing customer satisfaction within neighbourhoods and promoting improvements

- Leading the housing team, ensuring the best from each member
- Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to develop and nurture relationships

- Leading operational housing and tenancy management delivery
- Supporting the head of housing with regular review of policies and procedures
